And, of course, so does the prayer of a humbled people pleading earnestly to their God. Folks, if there was ever a time to pray, this is it. If you can fast, do so. If you can keep an all (or part) night vigil tonight, do it. If you can take off of work tomorrow to help get out the pro-life vote, do it.

My church back in Texas had an all-day adoration, and my family went for an hour this evening, too! It's so neat to think of so many people united in prayer at the same time. :)
I will be praying and fasting tomorrow as well, and although I've been accused of having "blind optimism" I keep believing in the power of God. It's not over yet!!
