John Coleman, founder of the Weather Network and meteorologist on KUSI News in San Diego (he got bored with being retired and his weather segments are a scream) says global warming is nonsense. Water experts I know who have studied tree cores dating back hundreds of years say there is every bit of evidence that climate change is cyclic. The Vikings who landed in Canada in the Middle Ages found it warm enough to grow grapes, after all.
It's in the mid-70s in San Diego right now, but at the end of December and beginning of January it was in the 30s at night, 50s during the day. That sounds fine until you remember that San Diego houses often have no heat.

We could use some right now!
We keep expecting a 'snow day' any time now, but the college seems determined that nothing will stand in the way of still holding classes...
If one day this week didn't deserve a 'snow day' then I don't know what will.
It's funny how the more people say we're suffering from Global warming, the colder it gets...
